SanjingBio has now delivered more than 1,000 protein expression projects across five platforms: mammalian cells, baculovirus–insect cells, yeast, E. coli and cell-free expression.
An increasing share of deliveries involves challenging targets such as multi-pass membrane proteins, toxic proteins and ion channels. Expression hosts and processes are selected for each protein and supported by stable cell line development, purification and analysis.
Core instruments now number 13. The 300 kV cryo-EM will be used for epitope analysis and complex-structure confirmation, supporting antigen design and antibody screening on membrane proteins and other hard targets.
