SanjingBio has published an MSLN target white paper covering expression patterns, oncogenic mechanisms and the progress of MSLN-directed therapies in solid-tumour immunotherapy.
The paper reviews five oncogenic mechanisms and 19 ADC, bispecific-antibody and CAR programmes, together with SanjingBio data for human and cynomolgus MSLN binding, cellular EC50 and pHrodo internalisation.
Core instruments now number 13. The 300 kV cryo-EM will be used for epitope analysis and complex-structure confirmation, supporting antigen design and antibody screening on membrane proteins and other hard targets.
