Privacy and data use notice

Updated 28 August 2026

This notice describes how the current website handles information when you use account, enquiry, order and human-support features.

The site does not currently load advertising, third-party audience analytics or cross-site tracking scripts.

Information you choose to provide

Account details, such as your name, work email, organisation, country or region, optional phone number and payment currency, are used to create and secure your account.
Enquiry details, including your contact details, area of interest and message, are stored so the sales team can respond. The site also emails a copy to its configured sales recipient.
Quote and order details, shipping contacts, addresses, invoice details and notes are used to prepare and manage the service you request.
If you start a support conversation, the contact details, topic, related order, page address and messages you submit are used by the human support team to continue that conversation.
The server uses limited technical information, including a one-way summary of the request IP address, for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Browser storage and necessary cookies

Local storage keeps your selected currency, cart contents and a local order snapshot on this browser. This information stays until you clear it in the browser or the relevant site feature replaces it.
When you sign in, an HTTP-only authentication cookie keeps the account session active. It is a session cookie unless you choose Remember me, in which case it can last for up to 30 days.
If a guest starts the built-in support chat, an HTTP-only support cookie associates later messages with that conversation for up to 90 days. The chat includes a control to clear this browser's access.
These storage mechanisms provide features you request; they are not used for advertising or audience analytics.
After you confirm the cookie notice, a preference cookie remembers that choice for 12 months so the notice does not appear on every visit.

Optional support service

Depending on the site's runtime configuration, support is provided by the built-in chat or a configured Chatwoot service.
The Chatwoot SDK is requested only after you choose to open live support. If enabled, the configured service receives the identity details available for your signed-in account and the support information you submit.
No AI participates in the built-in support conversation; messages are sent to the human support team.

Your controls

You can browse the public site without creating an account or starting a support conversation.
You can clear local storage in your browser, sign out to remove the active account session, and clear guest chat access from the support interface.
To ask about, correct or delete information held by the site, contact SanjingBio through the contact page. Account or order requests may require identity verification.
