ManualCOAMSDSGM-CSF (CSF2), secreted by diverse somatic cells, directs myeloid progenitor differentiation into granulocytes and monocytes that mature into tissue macrophages and dendritic cells to sustain anti-infective immune responses. Its active extracellular form is a glycosylated homodimer. This cytokine regulates Th1 immunity, angiogenesis, allergic and autoimmune inflammation, rendering it a promising therapeutic candidate. Clinically, it restores white blood cells post chemotherapy and exhibits favorable effects as an adjuvant in HIV vaccine trials.

| Protein Construction & Source | •(NCBI: NP_000749.2) Recombinant Human GM-GSF Protein is expressedfrom HEK293 cells with hFc(IgG1) tag at the C-terminus. It contains AA Ala18 - Glu 144.•The protein has a predicted MW of 40.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa when calibrated against under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
| Endotoxin | < 0.1 EU per ug as determined by the LAL method. |
| Purity | > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Concentration & Formulation | •7.14 mg/mL•Filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, stored in 25 mM Sodium Citrate, 1x PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Transportation & Storage | This product is shipped under low-temperature conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles during handling.•Protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.•Samples are stable for 3 months from date of receipt at -20℃ /-80℃.•Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. |
