ManualCOAMSDSTumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17 (TNFRSF17) is also known as B-cell maturation protein (BCMA), CD antigen CD269, which is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. TNFRSF17 contains one TNFR-Cys repeat. TNFRSF17 is expressed in mature B-cells, but not in T-cells or monocytes. TNFRSF17 is receptor for TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF and TNFSF13/APRIL.This receptor has been shown to specifically bind to the tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 13b (TNFSF13BBAFF), and to lead to NF-kappaB and MAPK8/JNK activation.

| Protein Construction & Source | •(Uniprot: A0A2K5UD97-1) Recombinant Cynomolgus macaque BCMA Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with hFc(IgG1) tag at the C-terminus It contains AA Met 1-Ala 53. In the region, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque BCMA are identical. •The protein has a predicted MW of 32 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa when calibrated against under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
| Endotoxin | < 0.1 EU per ug as determined by the LAL method. |
| Purity | > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Concentration & Formulation | •4.15 mg/mL•Filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, stored in 25 mM Sodium Citrate, 1x PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Transportation & Storage | This product is shipped under low-temperature conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles during handling.•Protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.•Samples are stable for 3 months from date of receipt at -20℃ /-80℃.•Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. |
