ManualCOAMSDSGlypican-3 (GPC3) is also known as Intestinal protein OCI-5, GTR2-2, MXR7, which belongs to the glypican family. Glypican 3 / GPC-3 is highly expressed in lung, liver and kidney. Glypican-3 inhibits the dipeptidyl peptidase activity of DPP4. Glypican-3 may be involved in the suppression/modulation of growth in the predominantly mesodermal tissues and organs, and also may play a role in the modulation of IGF2 interactions with its receptor and thereby modulate its function.

| Protein Construction & Source | •( Uniprot: P51654-1) Recombinant Human GPC3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with hFc(IgG1) at the C-Terminus. It contains AA Gln 25 - His 559. •The protein has a predicted MW of 86.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 85-100 kDa when calibrated against under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
| Endotoxin | < 0.1 EU per ug as determined by the LAL method. |
| Purity | > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Concentration & Formulation | •1.07 mg/mL•Filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, stored in 25 mM Sodium Citrate, 1x PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Transportation & Storage | This product is shipped under low-temperature conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles during handling.•Protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.•Samples are stable for 3 months from date of receipt at -20℃ /-80℃.•Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. |
