ManualCOAMSDSTROP-2 is a single-copy gene in human cells, and encodes a type-1 transmembrane glycoprotein which is over-expressed in various malignancies, also referred to as tumor associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733-1 or M1S1. TROP-2 is related to epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), also called TROP-1, gp40, and KSA. Trop-1 and Trop-2 are homologous to serum IGF-II-binding proteins and appear as signal transducers. Thus, they likely represent novel cell-surface receptors and may play a role in regulating the growth of carcinoma cells.

| Protein Construction & Source | ·Recombinant Human (Uniprot: P09758-1) TROP2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with Avi-His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains AA Gln 31 - Thr 274.·The protein has a predicted MW of 31 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-130 kDa when calibrated against under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
| Endotoxin | < 0.1 EU per ug as determined by the LAL method. |
| Purity | >95% as determined by SEC-HPLC. |
| Concentration & Formulation | ·4.69 mg/mL·Filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, stored in 1x PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Transportation & Storage | ·This product is shipped under low-temperature conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles during handling.·Protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.·Samples are stable for 3 months from date of receipt at -20℃ /-80℃. ·Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. |
