ManualCOAMSDSHGFR (MET/c-Met) is a glycosylated tyrosine kinase receptor regulating epithelial development and oncogenesis. Cleaved from a single-chain precursor into disulfide-bridged α/β subunits, epithelial HGFR responds to mesenchymal HGF to mediate invasive growth via mitogenic and morphogenic signals. Aberrant HGFR activity fuels tumor proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis across multiple human cancers and correlates with poor prognosis.

| Protein Construction & Source | ·Recombinant Human (Uniprot: P08581-1) MET Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with Avi-His tag at the C-terminus. It contains AA Glu 25 - Thr 932.·The mature form of MET is a disulfide-linked heterodimer composed of proteolytically cleaved α and β chain. The protein has a predicted MW of 105 kDa.The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa and 85-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
| Endotoxin | < 0.1 EU per ug as determined by the LAL method. |
| Purity | >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Concentration & Formulation | ·0.79 mg/mL·Filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, stored in 25 mM Sodium Citrate, 1x PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Transportation & Storage | ·This product is shipped under low-temperature conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles during handling.·Protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.·Samples are stable for 3 months from date of receipt at -20℃ /-80℃. ·Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. |
